Tax & Shipping
Boundless AT understands that fast, reliable shipment of your merchandise is important to you. We ship many orders the same
business day. Orders drop-shipped from our manufacturers are subject to their shipping policies, but we make every effort to
inform you of any manufacturer variations from our standard shipping policies in a timely manner. Orders containing customized
desktop and notebook PCs ship as soon as they are built.
Boundless AT ships to street addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes
and some foreign countries. Please contact us if you have a question about a shipping address. For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries.
Shipping
Next day air shipping requests will be fulfilled via UPS Next Business Day Delivery if ordered by 3p.m. PST*. Next day air delivery is not available on Saturdays or Sundays. Next day air delivery is not available for our desktop or portable CCTV magnifiers due to weight restrictions.
2 day air shipping requests will be fulfilled via UPS Second Business Day Delivery if ordered by 3p.m. PST*. 2 day air delivery is not available on Saturdays or Sundays. 2 day air delivery is not available for our desktop or portable CCTV magnifiers due to weight restrictions.
Ground shipping requests will be fulfilled via UPS Standard Ground Delivery which suggests a delivery time with 7-10 days after your order has been placed.
Please note: Boundless Assistive Technology cannot be held responsible for delayed order arrival on account of disruption to air or ground transportation due to bad weather, fire, flood, war, hostilities, civil disturbance, acts of government or other authorities (including, without limitation, customs) and labor disputes or obligations affecting UPS or some other party. We will work diligently with our carriers to ensure safe package delivery as available in the event of a major issue.
Taxes & Fees
Boundless AT is located in Oregon, a sales-tax free state. All orders placed through BoundlessAT.com will ship exclusive of any sales tax, however this may not exempt your order from taxes imposed by your delivery jurisdiction. The Customer shall pay, all taxes, duties, levies or fees, or other similar charges imposed on Boundless AT or on the Customer by any taxing authority related to Customer's order.
*If ordered after 3 p.m. PST (M-F) will be Delivery Type x Delivery Time plus one day.
