SupportChoice offers the highest levels of support to our end-users. Basic recovery and self-service options are available as part of the SupportChoice package which includes accessible documentation provided as part of the order as well as through the system image and recovery disk provided with each shipment.
Boundless AT workstation products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Boundless will repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor.
