Designed for students not yet able to tell time, Edmark Time Telling teaches the basics required to read an analog or digital clock and to say and write the correct time. Using behavior modification and programmed learning principles, this system carefully sequences time-telling skills so that students can master increments of time from the hour to the minute. The skills necessary for reading a clock are divided into small steps, and systematic repetition and review ensure rapid and thorough understanding of time concepts.
Student prerequisites include counting and reading numbers 1 through 60 and counting by fives to 55.
Each student progresses through the program at his or her own rate.
The 95 lesson pages and the record keeping materials are printed on durable card stock and may be reproduced.
